Philip H. Zink
D.M.D. "Dr. Phil" was born in Maderia,
Ohio and raised in Louisville. He attended
Denison University where he earned his BA in
Biology. From there he attended the
University of Louisville School of
Dentistry. Upon completion of his dental
training he joined the U.S. Navy Dental
Corps, where he served at Camp LeJeune MCB
for 2 years. After completing his tour he
moved to Lebanon and opened the office, then
located on Spalding avenue accross from the
old roller skating Rink. In the 1987 he
moved the office to it's present location at
219 South Proctor Knott avenue. Over the
last year, besides being a dentist, he
oversaw and partook in the renovation of our
current, state of the art facility. |

Philip H. Zink II
D.M.D. is a native resident of Lebanon,
Ky. He attended Marion County High School
from 1990-1994. Upon Graduation he attended
Georgetown College where he earned his
Bacholor's degree in chemistry. He then
attended the University of Louisville School
of Dentistry and recieved his doctorate.
After graduation he accepted a commision in
the U.S. Navy where he completed an Advanced
Education in General Dentistry Residency at
MCRD Parris Island, SC. From there he was
transfered to MCB Camp LeJeune, NC, where he
served as a general dentist treating the
Marines and Sailors stationed there. During
his three years at Camp LeJeune he had the
opportunity to deploy in support of
Operation Iraqi Freedom where he was
responsible for the dental health of over
14,ooo service members. Upon completion of
his commitment to the military he returned
to Lebanon. |
