Traditional: Our office accepts Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Money Orders.

Payment Plans:  We have the ability to help you with several monthly payment plans to enable most every person to proceed with their treatment. Most payment plans have fast approval over the telephone from Care Credit or Advanced Patient Financing. There are some plans that have rates as low as 0% 90 same as cash. These companies specialize in helping patients with larger dental cases to receive the treatment they want. There are no prepayment penaltys. We can help you arrange the credit from our office. Payments can be as low as $25.00 per month.

Insurance: We will assist you in maximizing your dental insurance benefit by completing your claim forms at no extra charge.  We do this as a courtesy for you. We prefer you pay your co-payment the day treatment is provided.

This co-payment is only an estimate based on the information that the insurance company gives us. Most insurance plans cover 100% of preventative and up to 80% for treatment. This amount is determined by what type of benefit package your employer has purchased. Some plans base the amount of benefit on a schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by insurance companies. For this reason, you may receive a lower level indicated in your dental plan. For example, if your plan states that it will pay 80% of the cost of a specific treatment, it means 80% of the fee arbitrarily determined by the insurance company and not the actual fee charged by our office. The financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you, and not to our office. The ultimate responsible party is you. You will be responsible for any balance not paid by the insurance company.
